Power supply PC70I0005 blown IC - UM1

Hi Guys... can anyone help me with this... one day my shuttle pc just won't turn on. Upon opening and doing a short inspection on my power suppy.. I saw this IC with designation UM1 blown off from the top where the part number was supposed to be written. Can anyone tell me the part number of this IC and where can I possibly get this part...

You need to tell us the brand and model number on the sticker on the power supply. It would also be helpful if you would post some pictures of the inside of your power supply, especially where the damage is located.
