I was at the local shop today shooting the breeze when UPS showed up to drop off a dozen Sparkle ATX-300GT (lowest model 'cept for the Power Q). We popped one open, ALL OST caps, including the beer cans. An Arclight shone through the grills of a couple others showed us the same thing. I guess the folks at FSP are rolling the dice with OST on this run instead of Fuhjyyu.

Re: new Sparkle cap brand
My 600W came with Capxon and OST - tried to find some replacements already for the 3 OST caps, but struck out at Digikey. I'm a little worried as one is jammed up against a heatsink, but since this PSU is supposed to be 80% efficient or better I guess I'll run it as is for as long as I can and just inspect it for cap problems every few months.
