old ibm-6043 switching on?

how do you switch it on- it has neither computer switch wires(black,brown,blue,white)nor the green one

does power supply have thin 3 wire into small black connector?

Use meter on ohm to find ground to metal power supply case and find 5V standby supply then the last wire is power on wire. Short this to ground wire to turn power supply on.

the pinout of the ibm pc300gl mbd connector is

thanks you probably refer to P9(or p12 -pc could be woken up from lan)
