No markings, its completely destroyed.

Post a pic of the logic board that shows this location of PQ614.

What IC is close to this (missing) mosfet? What are the markings of the IC ?

There is a boardview and schematic for the LA-F711P ,have a look at that and see if it has the same layout for that IC and mosfets
