    ASUS GL504-GS Schematic HELP!!

Hello! I've been looking for the schematic and the boardview of the GL504GS laptop or similar to it (GL504XX) for a while without finding the answer, it would be a great help if someone had it and could share it, thanks!

PD: Sorry if my english is not perfect.

    Re: ASUS GL504-GS Schematic HELP!!

I have sent you a PM. Maybe you can start a fresh thread in the repair side of this forum.

What is the issue with the laptop ? Asus is rare to have schematics.

I do see the BV from my paid subscription but either way, maybe you will not need the schematics for your repair.

      Re: ASUS GL504-GS Schematic HELP!!

My problem is that the previous owner overclocked the memories, without being aware of it, to which they were damaged and detects 6GB of the 8GB that it originally came with, this has resulted in my GPU clock being 134/ 138 Mhz, without the possibility of handling this, with low voltages, the gpu fan shot to 100 without being able to change anything, I suspect the controller ic that manages gpu voltages and that the overclocking of the memories has damaged other components, since it works fine , but I think that it has only damaged the GPU voltage ic or it has simply devalued the resistors that it has around it, thus giving faults like the one I have for low voltage that, if I remember correctly, were about 0.655 V.

ASUS TUF X570-PLUS doesn't power on: no VRM_EN signal.
        by ShadowAi
Hello, I have an issue with the motherboard. Specifically, it doesn't power on, more precisely, the POST initialization doesn't occur.

Let me start from the beginning, the motherboard suddenly stopped working one day. There are no beep signals from the speaker, and the debug LEDs are not lighting up. After inspecting it under a microscope and using thermal imaging, I didn't find anything that could be damaged.

After that, I began voltage measurements, in which I noticed the absence of VDDQ, VDDP, VTT, and VPP lines. Later, I checked if there is an EN state on these lines,...

        Boardview/schematic for an ASUS E3-PRO V5
        by whatamidoing
        Hello,
i'm looking for a schematic/boardview for an ASUS E3-PRO V5 (NOT E3 PRO GAMING, has a different layout).
I'm trying to find out where i can find SKTOCC# other than from the socket in order to ground it for a Coffee Lake mod. It must be somewhere near/around the SIO but I haven't found a datasheet for the NCT5539D this board has.

I've also found the schematic for the similarly named E3 PRO GAMING V5 but it has a different SIO so it's not of much help. And I don't trust myself to hold still a multimeter probe on top of a LGA socket pin to find where it comes out the...

I need schematic and diagram for Asus X556U Rev2.0 mb
        by Kirve
"Hello friends. My Asus X556U laptop is not charging, not turning on, etc. I wanted to repair the motherboard, partly for learning purposes. One of the capacitors is giving a 24V output, and one of the MOSFET pins is also giving a 24V output, and honestly, this surprises me. I think I need to replace the capacitor, but I don’t know the capacitance value. I tried searching for a motherboard schematic but couldn’t find anything. Can you help me find the schematic or diagram?"

ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI - BIOS Help
        by grimacelord
        Hello,

I have spent the last hour on this and I guess this is just over my head, so here I am.

I have an ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI motherboard here that needs to have the BIOS updated in order to accept the latest CPUs.

The BIOS chips seem to come as a set of two: GD25B64ESIG and GD25B128ESIG. My guess is one of them is a fail-safe for the main BIOS? I really don't know. Or one of them is ME and other is BIOS? I don't know.

Anyway, I took dumps of both chips and then downloaded the latest update for this motherboard from ASUS's website...
