I don't have the board anymore. I had a hell of a time finding the USB-C charge port for this board, as I could not find anywhere, a reference for it using Asus model number C403N. I ended up ordering this part from Amazon because visually it looked identical and as luck would have it, it worked.

I replaced the port, tested charging and power-up, then gave the laptop back to the owner.
