The pdf has broken filenames .Its still searchable with a little trick. Copy the part name you want to search inside the pdf, don`t type it in, then paste into the search box of your pdf reader,see the attached picture. Copy the names into a text file too and keep it with your pdf,then next time you need it its searchable with all those names.
