check if you have 5v and 3.3v if not trace 3v awls pin 6 of the buck converter

Hi i have a short in 3VALW, when i inject 3v to 2amp the processor turns hot, i cant understand if there is the problem

i have short in jumpers J1, PJP2, PJB4 PJP9, PJP10 and PJM4

my board is bdl50 la-d704p rev 4.0 and im amateur
