Spent many time on that lapotop but solved.
Defect: Occasionally shut down, or turn on and after shut down for to start again need to remove battery.
All voltages are present.
On power switch pin there are 1,6volt instead 3,3 volt. This is cause of problem.
On power switch board have replaced capacitor (was in dispersion) now laptop working fine.
