I believe the part I am looking for/at is a fuse but not sure need help. I don't know what all the parts are because I am new to working with electronics in relation to circuit boards. So I would appreciate it if you can make it as simple as possible.

Use the above schematic page 51 PF101 is 7amps check for short first from the fuse to ground before fitting the new fuse.

Problem solved: Just desoldered the CMOS Battery, waited a couple of minutes and it works againg.

Notebook was just turning on and than turning off, flashing display.

You can probably also use the CMOS reset jumper near the WLAN module.

I've got the same issue of the flickering screen before POST and Novo button not working. Only way to get to BIOS is through F2 button.
Luckily, if i leave it alone flickering for long enough, it will come to itself, re-POST and boot windows. But I wanted to sort this out. I am unable to flash any BIOS, 9acn26ww, 9acn30ww or 9acn32ww. Stuck with 9acn25ww.
I shorted the RTC battery terminals and it did not help.
Just trying to shed some light on out symptoms.
I may or may not venture into forcing a BIOS flash via a bootable drive. I think I rather have a slow booting PC than a non booting PC.
Lenovo G50-70, Intel 4510u, Radeon M230. ALCU2 Mobo.
