Thanks for schematic @ala_borbe, although I already have it.
It doesn't match this board, I want to trace short of PC117 which in the said schematic is in different location.

PQ39 was brunt btw.

@atsio thanks a lot.

I tried my best but couldn't solve it.
There is still short at PC117, PC116 & when I remove PL12 short is gone at both Cap.

But still there is short at PQ38 Pin 1,2,3 & PQ39 Pin 1,2,3,4 which are grounded.
PR23 is OK, where PC28 is shorted due to PQ38 Pin 1,2,3 & PQ39 1,2,3,4.

Anybody please help.

check parts along VIN rail..

isolate and check PC28 - if good offboard

isolate PQ38 (test if FET is short) and test pads 123 vs grnd
if short, concentrate on parts along VIN rail, else

if short gone on 1 2 3, then test for short on pads 5 6 7 8
if short is present on 5678, check caps PC99 PC10 PC11 PC15

and so forth

PQ38 1,2,3 & PQ39 5,6,7,8 are grounded sorry for wrong info at post#5
both pad on PC28 has shorting.
PC99, PC10, PC11, PC15 are ok.

I've found shorted on PQ39 mosfet and C467 capacitor.

Please I need to find resistor R385 on the V3 or i need the boardview for it
