Hi guys, is there anyone who is willing to share the schematics and boardview file with me? Thank you.
Currently mine draws up to 0.5A current and then go to 0, and repeat this process. any ideas?

Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode. Check the resistance to ground of each and every inductor on the board. You are checking for a possible shorted power rail.

Thank you for your reply. Actually I found one inductor with the reading of 0.001 on diode mode, and by removing it, the upstream is 0.2xx and downstream of it is still 0.001, CPU seems to be the downstream part but need confirmation, so that's why I needed the schematic : )
