    ASUS Zephyrus ga401iv-br9n6 Draws 20V 0A

    Just wondering if anybody has any experience with this laptop. I can't find a schematic it asks for 20V from the PSU but will draw no current.

      I think I see the BV only in my paid service.

      Review starting with the power adapter / source. Check the charger IC using the ACOK signal. What is the voltage to ground?

          The voltage is reading -0.01V
          Is that checking if PWM is working?

              No current draw.First thing to check is whether 19V reaches CLR.
