Need help with identifying an IC on Toshiba 55LF62U21 motherboard

It is a 6-pin step-down DC-DC PWM controller, marking on it is 28328. The IC is shown in the attached picture with red-line circled.

Thank you for your reply. Actually I found one inductor with the reading of 0.001 on diode mode, and by removing it, the upstream is 0.2xx and downstream of it is still 0.001, CPU seems to be the downstream part but need confirmation, so that's why I needed the schematic : )...

Hi guys, is there anyone who is willing to share the schematics and boardview file with me? Thank you.
Currently mine draws up to 0.5A current and then go to 0, and repeat this process. any ideas?
