    How to read laptop schematics

Right now I am looking over the schematic of my laptop. It is a Gateway NV53U. The mainboard is manufactured by Winstron. I am having trouble decoding the terms used. For instance on the schematic L14 (Inductor 14) is listed as SBK160808T-100Y-N-GP or C70 (Capacitor 70) as SC3P50V2CN-1-GP. They are all SMD components and I tried to determine the meaning based on codes but I would like to get other people's opinions on what these codes mean. Thank You.
Please find the schematic in question attached

I am not so sure - it is good for finding many components IF they are marked with the code. I dont think it covers caps or inductors
I believe this is more what you need:

This is for the Inductor and suggests the 160808 is the physical size
and 100 is the impedance code - 10 to the power 0 so = 10

I dont have time at the moment to find a similar link for the caps
but they will exist somewhere - try digikey and mouser for data sheets
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair
