I'm seeking assistance with schematics, board view, or help with identifying the component in the picture. Even if this component is replaced, I have a suspicion that something else might be at play. Therefore, a board view would be greatly appreciated.

The burnt part is a heavy current inductor. Linked to the switching regulator with the '296' marking. Why did it burn out? Due to the nearby NVME?
