MSI MS-16R5 (GF63-10SC)-BoardView or Schematic

Hi,
I need boardview or Schematic for MSI MS-16R5 (GF63-10SC).
I have a problem with usb ports,Usb ports not working and i have this message:Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed) at all usb ports and usb c port.

ic usb type C with code 0B = not recognized. anyone know?
if there is a schematic it might help, unfortunately it is not available yet.
