You need a programmer, there are many programmer brands but the cheapest one is CH341A.

1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

Update bios, see if it goes from 62LTJL3-0001 to 62LTJL3-8FC8.
