You need a programmer, there are many programmer brands but the cheapest one is CH341A.

1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

i tried both the fixed bios and the patcher bios since i had the setup and they both worked.
