Lenovo x1 carbon (NM-B861) bios password

Hello dear masters !

this laptop has bios password and i tried patch it with lenovo_autopatcher

but now screen is black and it has beep error

if some one could patch this file please do it for me

x1 carbon 7th gen has a MEC1663 so you need hardware solution:
