The only solution is to cut vcc tracks from the bios chip 256.

So you need to cut motherboard or remove the chip? No way to do elsewhere without physical damage?

this is just an option, but there is no other way than to remove the chip and use an adapter.

Thanks. I think there is no other way to read out chip by cable on circuit like before. I had the same experience with other 12gen latitude models like 5430,5431 and 7430. Unable to read and erase correctly on circuit.

unfortunately these new models cannot, you are forced to remove the chip from its place or make a cut in the VCC track of the chip.
