t15 gen 1 nm-c931 bios update error, now it beeps when booting up, please help me rebuild it

I tried SPD but didn't work. Do you know other method to disable onboard RAM? I'm going to remove RAM IC from motherboard but afraid that it can damage the board because of the black glue underneath .
