Here's your New BIOS, it's a Virgin BIOS from Lenovo with your DMI and Windows Key.
The 2MB Chip is the VBIOS (for GPU), solder it back.

now its the same situation just the power botton its does not blink like before and the fan turn non stop even i chenge new ram .

Try the file from post #7, if it works fine we can transfer your DMI and your Windows Key after that.
