Thank you so much for the reply, I really apreciate it! My laptop problem is not password, when I turn on the laptop, it stucks at windows logo, can't get into windows. Searched online, most says it is bios problem. can you help to fix it?

The motherboard looks good can't find a fault, last resort is the BIOS. I can't seem to locate this model BIOS. Here is my dump. It turns on, after 2-3 seconds, turns off. No 5V on USB as well, interesting, telling me Screen gets power, that's it, then turns off. I'd like to try another BIOS. This is for AMD motherboard. Windows Key removed, left with xxxxx-xxxxx
