    Unlock T2 EFI without AC2

    Hello Forum,
I was thinking if there was a way to unlock the T2 efi password without Apple Configurator. I read a post from a different forum that says there is a hardware method to unlock efi.

Any ideas on how to go about it?

Apple Watch Charging Controller Schematics / Boardview - 820-02601
      by a_p3rson
      Hi there,

I'm looking for anyone who might have information on Apple's embedded Apple Watch charging daughterboard, ID 820-02601. This is currently used by Anker in their Apple Watch charging products, but likely by other Apple partner brands as well.

You can see the board referenced in ChargerLab's teardown of the Anker Y1811 3-in-1 MagSafe cube - they discuss the "Apple Watch wireless charging circuit" about 2/3rds down the page. It's not pictured, but the board ID reads 820-02601-A, which sure sounds like Apple.
      This daughterboard uses an interesting...

      by myth77
I am having issue with macbook pro a2141, 2019. It start with question mark, the only option is internet recovery but it will not go to disk utility mode..just stops on like 1/3 progress bar with apple logo.
When i insert usb disk it will not recognize it, but on usb ports it is giving picture on external screen. It is heating a lot.
I did all resets and only thing left is try to revive it (firmware reinstall) with apple configurator from another mac. I have only macbook air 1466 from 2013. I install apple configurator on macbook air but when i connect usb-c (mac 2019) to usb-a...

Nerdtool Apple display angle sensor configurator bypass
      by bobotheklown
Does anybody have one of these yet? It looks like it just has a $5 esp32-c3 processor and then a few resistors and other components..Probably $10 to get pcbway to print it out, but I need access to the firmware and haven't been able to find it anywhere online. This allows individual users to perform screen repairs on apple laptops by avoiding the need to use apple parts (and thereby gaining acces to their configuration utility) and retain the open/lcosed sensor capability for the screen. I'll post the circut board files here if I can get a copy of firmware, no point in doing the work until I have...

      apple configurator padlock
      by luckydip
      Guys,

Been away from repairs for a few years, good to see many familiar names still around!

Working on my first T2, short on PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3HRTC_R, which is now sorted. Machine starts to recovery, don't have appleid/password so tried to reinstall Mac os just boots back into spinning globe/recovery.

Tried to connect apple configurator, gets into DFU, starts process but after a few minutes shows padlock for both revive and restore. Tried different macs, usb cables still get the padlock. Any ideas?
