Post more your original corrupt bios file . There is more than one bios version for this model and that file is needed to transfer the DMI information to the new file.

i have tried those and none seems to work
blinking caps 5 times and 3 short speed beeps
thats all i get

Flash BID 084AA ,then look for a hardware problem, it could be loose ram pins,check them under a microscope.
