forgot to mention, already changed the win key with no good result...

after you change win key in bios you have to reinstall because installer already registered your win key. Sometimes it works clearing secure keys and put it in setup mode instead of user mode.

I have attached the original backup file for U365
But i dont have the original bin for U367, also i dont have the exact same chip rather a replacement chip W25Q256FVEN

Use files from post #14 but put your SN from back cover
U365 is EC_ROM
U367 is SPI_ROM
is ok to replace W25Q256JVEN with W25Q256FVEN

Luckily you only lost the bios file, if you lose the EC file (U635) there is nothing I can do.

i did flash the files from #14 before to test, it did not work , so for u365 should it be original file or file from #14

The 2 files in #14 worked, you can try both of them, if your device doesn't work it means it has other bugs that haven't been fixed yet.

Hoaca is master here, he told you very clear: leave U365 EC_ROM with original content and flash U367 with file Hoaca post it for you.
The files from #14 are both working, I flashed myself for test and laptop turned on, did some bios recovery and after that started normally.

to change SN open U367 (main bios) with hex editor and serch for hex 48 00 50 00 5F 00 4D 00 55 00 44 and you'll see SN (5CGxxxxxxx)
I think writing file from Hoaca MB will enter in MPM and you have a tab in bios to write unique data of laptop. You have to write:

Write back U365 with original bin and write this in U367. will enter in MPM and have to write back DMI data. at 1st boot reset security to factory defaults.
