The 2 files in #14 worked, you can try both of them, if your device doesn't work it means it has other bugs that haven't been fixed yet.

It was working before. it just keeps rebooting. I guess gonna sell it for parts. Really appreciate yours and volinakis help.Thank you

There has been an update, the U367 file from #35 worked with serial number changed to mine. The laptop turns on now, shows a progress bar for bios update in progress, then starts restarting, with a message in the left corner exiting from mpm mode : 34 but keeps rebooting.

These files worked on my laptop it boots up. I edited the serial number in these. Only think now is i cant go into bios. It gives hp endpoint security error

Its under warranty . i am gonna clean it up and send to hp and see if they can fix it .

Here are your Unlocked files, in the first boot go to bios menu and disable security options.
