Your damage is not due to bios, Peste's file is 100% ok.

IT8227E-128k is short i change to new chip but it is empty all data is ff can you extract from on website modle is Ideapad 3 14iiL05 81wd
for ec bios i checked the this site . only bios request is there . i upload the bios but i need EC Bios . main bios upload is not helped .

The EC can be extracted/copied from the bios using a hex editor, these are the offsets 600000 - 61FFFF
