What model is your programmer, try reading as 25Q128JW (1.8V) if its in the support list, and untick check-id ,and when writing back later untick verify

Hello. On my computer the caps lock light is on and the power light is blinking. I tried all the bios files on this site. When I try to write bios with CH341a, I get this error : "chip main memory with the contents are in disagreement" . I'm getting the same error from the bios file on the Lenovo site. Even when I restore the original bios file that I backed up, I get the same error. Please help.

Use ASProgrammer or NeoProgrammer software,they`re posted in the forum.

You can use any bios from posts 2,7,12,15 or 17. If you or anyone else with the same 82HU model type wants to add your own DMI (serial number,key) from your bios backup, you can use the Easy DMI copy guide here -> https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?p=1214739 using the attached CopyDMI script.

I have flashed the bios from post #2 , and it worked for me even if the reader failed to verify the read and write actions. laptop works now. thanks
