Don't use bios from other laptop, of course it will not work ok. As master hardware1 said, post your own bios dump here and you'll get help.

post the dump of the bios you have now and you said is working but slow. Or you can try to clean ME by yourself reading this:

And today they brought it back. It runs for a few seconds, then restarts. Then it doesn't even show a picture. Before I ruined the BIOS, everything worked, it was just a password. Now it has this:

I am very grateful for your help! After installing Windows 11, I tested it for 1 hour with 4k video, it works stably!
I will never get to this level to fix bios! Thank you very much!

I'm trying to remove bios password.
Due to poor soldering skill, i used a clip to read and write the chip. after patched bios file and flushed it into chip, my laptop won't start and boot loop with max fan speed when trying to start( once power cable plugs in, it show dell logo one time. After that only keyboard led turn on and off and nothing on screen). The problem remain same even i flushed the original backup bios.
I think the possible reason is when i first read, the connection isn't good, so all my bios file are corrupted. If it's that case, is it possible to fix it? If not, maybe it's time to buy a new laptop LOL.

Did you make sure to wait at least 2-3 minutes for motherboard to post ? in cases of BIOS removal or reflash motherboard will need to do fresh post and druing this fans will work at full speed
