For me the best way to unlock this model is through the BIOS, no need to modify EC

RCUnlocker does not work with the 32MB file, I tried with the 1MB file it does not work either :s

Here's your Unlocked file, in the first boot go to bios menu and disable security options (Default).
If the password still present, upload your EC chip it could be 16MB or 32MB.

the password is still present, I don't have another chip I put the two bios files of the motherboard here.

the chip which should normally be 16 MB is only 1MB

Impossible, there's definitely a 16MB chip left, find chips with 128 on the body, for example 25Q128...
