I already tried this. I also tried to factory reset the bios settings. It shows no bios password but when I tried to install the operating system, can't skip the sign in option with microsoft aggreement. It seems that need to sign in on previous service.

i have hp elitebook x360 830 g7 with no display fan just spins at maximum speed,someone to clean the bios for me.

Double check to see if you accidentally moved the very small components around the bios chip.

I checked it, nothing changed. I found out that the BIOS SHIP is damaged. I replaced it with another one and programmed it with the original file. It didn't work either (caps lock hold on) . I think I lost everything.
Can you repair the original file? thank you for help master
