You just need to buy Ch341A, learn how to use it to read bios and EC files from two chips on your laptop and post it here, I will fix it for you. I live in Vietnam.

i know a person who work on my laptop and its bios with a programer, actually after i updated the bios, the touch of screen became disable, i bring the laptop to him, but he couldn't fix it.

You can ask him to read the bios and Ec for you then post those two files here, after fixing, you ask him to write down the two corrected files back to your machine.
