Well did used the rcunlocker, and the mpm is unlocked, but after unlock there is a not in commited state message,

even after use the hp dmi tool, and lock the bios again after checked for the right numbers, it keeps appaering on the screen.

someone any idea how to remove that warning?

The bios from your furst post is not password locked, so RCUnlocker has nothing to do (i.e. to unlock) with this dump, in this regard your second post is ... well a little strange for me, "not in commited state message" could be related in most cases with the missing DMI information, or if the ME firmware has been messed with. Since you didn't come up with some information and/or history of the problem (as usual) try to clean ME firmware first.

sorry was totally wrong with the topic. i think i had a bad day haha, but the mpm was allready unlocked, the only problem was the not in commited state warning. even after filling the serial nr, sku, ct, build id and feature byte in nbdmitool en commited the warning keeps appaering on the screen

Edit: thanks for the _NEW file, but that one isnt doing anything, laptop turns on and screen stays black

Are you sure you've programmed the bios chip correctly, i.e. using verification option (and reading the chip once again to compare) after that to be sure the content of the chip matches the bin file? Also are you sure the chip is soldered to the board (if you doesn't use clamp or wires and so on to read/write the bios chip of course) correctly?

Yes im sure it is programmed correctly, i use wired clamps, and the chip is readable correctly, tryed 2 times, and both times black screen, when i flash the original file back, than it boots.

OK what is the cpu (and gpu) in your machine, and where is your factory dump? If you have it, post it too even if it's bad/corrupted.

In this case you must use M73 bios, M74 is for Broadwel based mashines.
                    Try this confirmed good bios:
                    https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...4&postcount=73

Edit: Or rather the opposite, as far as I can see now the M73 uses a newer version of the ME than the M74 (usual HP mess - contrary to any logic the lower number bios version is for the newer generation), so M74 must be the right one for you. You can try this (M74) dump:

exactly, the m73 version gives me a screen broadwell platform not supported,
and will try the one from peste tomorrow

the version from peste works oke, but has 15-20 sec before the screen goes on

Edit: when i do a Clean Me with Intel Easy Clean Me, it starts like it should, fast instead of 20 seconds, but with not in commited state

                            by zenius
Hello, I have an old Dell G3 3579 (ST: 2WQ7LP2-8FC8) with a newer 8FC8 BIOS password. I have successfully attached to the flash chip (W25Q128JVSQ) on the motherboard with a CH341A programmer and made several modifications using Intel FIT (e.g., allow software SPI write) without bricking. I was also able to boot to a modified GRUB shell where I attempted to edit many BIOS security related options like BIOS Guard/Lock, Flash Signature Override, ME FW Image Re-Flash, etc.

Unfortunately, some of these modifications like to Intel BIOS Guard failed because it is fused into the PCH. Also,...

                            Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a dead MSI GP75 Leopard (MS-17E71) motherboard (i7 CPU, NVIDIA GPU) with a no display/no backlight issue initially. After extensive investigation, I’m at a critical stage involving EC firmware, BIOS/ME region interaction, and possible deep corruption. I'm seeking advanced insight from anyone with experience in EC/BIOS sync issues or PCH-level behavior. Here’s a full breakdown:
                            🧩 Initial Issue
                            • Board powers on (fans spin, keyboard lights up and can be adjusted, caps lock led lights), but no display or backlight

                            Hello everyone,
I am requesting urgent assistance to unbrick my laptop, a rebranded TongFang GK7MRFR chassis. The laptop is completely dead following a faulty in-OS EC flash attempt.
I have successfully used a CH341A programmer and can read/write/verify both flash chips, but using my backups/extractions has failed to restore power. The root cause is likely a corrupted Intel Management Engine (ME) region or an incompatible EC/BIOS pairing. System & Hardware Details

                            Hi,

Could someone help trying to unlock this BIOS, seems that Dell have changed the layout of new Dell Pro 8FC8 bioses from checking HXD - 4000 bits do not need changing, only 2000. However after FF the section starting from '01000' upto 2000 bits and then soldering the chip back it seems that the microchip on the motherboard is recovering the bios back to original settings after first boot. Has anyone found a way to crack this extra layer of security Dell have implemented? Seems both HP and Dell have upped bios security to match Lenovo by implementing extra measures on a separate...

                            Hello everyone,

I recently bought a non-working Asus Zenbook Pro Duo OLED UX8402ZA that was listed for parts only. The seller mentioned that it had no display output but that the charging lights worked.

When the laptop arrived (without a charger and SSD), I connected a charger and confirmed with a multimeter that it was charging the battery. However, when I tried to power it on, only the backlight of the secondary display came on. There was no image, and it didn’t boot into the BIOS.

I decided to try flashing a new BIOS, but since I didn’t want to desolder...
