How can I dump my bios to share here? I purchased a ch134a and I have a raspberry pi 3+. Do I need to dump via hardware or is there a way to software dump the bios?

I got this laptop for repair as the owner doesn't know the password (not sure it's a real owner). Is there any way to re-programm the bios chip or do you think Dell technicians will be able to help (even we don't have proof of purchase)?
