I wouldn't be too disappointed if this file doesn't work.
I couldn't determine that your original file was defective.
But give it a try, I would bet it's a hardware error, which is not uncommon with Dell.

Do you specifically want a dump for the 25Q80DV chip.Its a firmware chip,not the bios chip. Are you wanting a bios ? ,explain what the problem is
