Do you specifically want a dump for the 25Q80DV chip.Its a firmware chip,not the bios chip. Are you wanting a bios ? ,explain what the problem is

When I try to boot the laptop it gives black screen not even dell logo. I think I need firmware.

Look for the bios chip, it will probably have some writing on it like 25Q256 .Make a backup of it and post it here.

According to the attachment filename in this post it is an SO8 chip https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...90#post3240890 so yes,you can get a clip on it.I have no idea where on the board it could be so look for all SO8 chips

So i have dumps off both chips as not sure which is needed, hope to brush up and get schooled on this so apologise if i have anything incorrect

1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save (Apply changes), restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode...

No, you have to use a programmer. For example CH341A (this is the cheapest one).
