1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save (Apply changes), restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

I have flashed the file, entered the service tag, but the absolute disable option is still greyed out when I try to disable it. Maybe I should disable it before entering the Service tag?

UPD: somehow managed to do it by myself trough analysis of other locked dumps.

Sorry for problem.
Attched bios BIOS is working and have password. I tried to write other dumps from this tread but nothing works good, only like: starting lcd test display or nothing happend while pressing power on, only amber flash blinks. Details are as below:
DELL LATITUDE 5320
MB: 19817-1 SOUTH PEAK 13 10L
service tag: GKX83B3

I had to replace chip from 25R256DYIG to 25Q256JVEQ
restarts couple of times and no power
shows blank screen for a while during one of restarts
