Hi guys. i have a laptop bin that needs to be repaired. After a bios update the machine didn't power on just blinks caps once. Again the laptop has no name on it completely. But online it is a B15 i5 5257u and the board number is BUB_M01 VER:1.1 Attached is the Original BIN. Kindly someone fix it for me i will be glad.

Did the bios update come from windows update or a built in updater.Post pictures of stickers on the bottom case and motherboard part number -

it was a windows update bro. The bottom case has no details completely. Trust me there's no any form of any information on the entire casing. let me take a pic of the board number sectionComment

i tried that bin still not working. 3v 5v present bios chip no voltage. switch has 3vlts. i still believe its bios. wen pressing power button caps lock flashes once and thats itComment

On some boards the bios voltage comes up after pressing the power button.
The bios has some info about the model , AIERXUAN XIAOXUAN Pro .Comment

I still havent managed reviving that machine. I dont know what i wl do about he bios issue. The bios chip voltage is 3v. Thats when programming. I just need one last bin file to try if it works well if it doesnt i throw it awayComment

What is the bios voltage when pressing the start button. If you contact aierxuan they might send you a bios if you`re very lucky http://www.aierxuan.com/portal.php?mod=view&aid=71 ,or wait until someone with the same laptop posts a dump.

I have been doing hardware repair as a hobby for some years now and recently decided to learn about repairing laptops as a fun challenge.
I managed to get my hands on a "HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec2523nd" notebook that only shows a white power LED and doesnt respond to anything.

Went dumpster-diving and found a bricked Lenovo P14S in trash, few weeks earlier. Symptoms - no screen, no POST, no beep, just keyboard LEDs flashing on powerup. Mute button+LED was responding though, and the display self-test was still working (via the key combo Ctrl+Fn+Power held for some seconds, see the Service manual).

I am requesting urgent assistance to unbrick my laptop, a rebranded TongFang GK7MRFR chassis. The laptop is completely dead following a faulty in-OS EC flash attempt.
I have successfully used a CH341A programmer and can read/write/verify both flash chips, but using my backups/extractions has failed to restore power.
