Dell 5400 edc41 la-g894p 16mb bios dump

Hi plz dont move thread , i think my prb is a little unique
Ok so i bought a dell latitude 5400 with long boot time and fan spinning at boot so i tried updating the bios from Dell website but the pc shutdown in the middle of the update , so i open the laptop found the bios has been already soldered so i guess someone unlocked it with a dump from other laptop thats why the long boot time and the fan prb i searched didn't find dumps for this motherboard the la-g891p has 32mb bios , its different From la-g894p i found this dump in the forum https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attach...3&d=1627051159 i tried to see if laptop power on, and it works the prb its password locked with long boot time and the power led alwayes blinking white and orange can someone help plz
