with my dump, 5/3 blinks caps lock and fan spin

You can't find any better dump - it's a virgin factory bios for your machine, if it's no go either you didn't program the chip properly or your problem is not bios related but some hardware fault.

Possible a hardware fault, i think too
I just want to test, bios failure generate 5/3 blink or hardware problem
