Hi all, I confirm that tinto process worked for me. I programmed the bios and installed a new chrome os. Without making the chrome os installation didn't work. Thanks to RethoricalCheese and Tinto.

Hello my friends. I have this same laptop but apparently the bios is corrupt, it gives me a red and a green light when I connect the type c charger and the power button light is blank.
this sequence is repeated all the time while the charger is connected. Any recommendation? Thanks in advance..

am not sure if this information is still relevant, but that sequence sometimes occurs when the battery is dead or not connected

Flash this, try to switch to devmode (you probably cant but that doesnt matter). Let it restart normally after that. You should be able to log in now. After logging in, do powerwash. After powerwash, it should be unenrolled and with dev mode unlocked.

You must reinstall the OS. Create a bootable USB drive for your device model using the chrome extension "chromebook recovery utility".

i have a don usb and install new Os but same
also tired with file please check it not unlock very strange
enterprise account.

I cant install audio driver. On ********* it's told that I must pay. Please someone

yes i can confirm the same here, reinstall OS, powerwash, i even changed the SN, still same, i think g00gle changed something, maybe UUID

any idea?
