Thank you, but this file didn't work. I got it from another site, and it works when I follow these instructions. I wanted to share it with you.
Instructions:
1) To enable developer mode on a Chromebook, do the following:
2) Press and hold the Esc and Refresh keys.
3) While holding them, press the Power button to turn on the Chromebook.
4) When prompted, press Ctrl + D.
5) Press the up arrow and select Confirm to enter Developer Mode.
6) Press Enter.
7) Press Ctrl + D again.
8) The Chromebook will restart into recovery mode.
9) Press Ctrl + D to dismiss the message.

Hello Friends
I Got the enrollment Removal latest model chromebooks
I don't Know all its work but my lenovo chromebook work Perfectly

Follow This way
1. Make ready bootable chrome OS recovery USB for your model chromebook
2. Take your Bios BIN file from your motherboard and Save
3. Open that BIN file with HxD editor
4. search (enrollment) in HxD - check pic 1
5. Find the enrollment area
1. change value (dev mode 1 to 0)
2. change value (Check enrollment 1 to 0)
check pic 2&3
6. again search (stable) or (stable_device_secret_DO_NOT_SHARE) in HxD - check pic 4
7. Find the stable area
1. change the value in last line two words which one you see - my case i change (ae to ea)
check pic 5 & 6
8. save the file
9. Reprogram your bios
10. Turn on the chromebook
do not connect to the internet before reinstall the OS
11. Put your recovery USB
press (Escape+refresh+power button)
re install chrome os

Done!

now open chromebook with any Gmail
Enjoy!!
