Unfortunately, it hasn't changed. Possible motherboard error because there is an error message when switching on. but when Windows loads, there is no error in the device manager

Try and report back.

As SMDFlea mentioned, use your original BIOS. Use your original 16Mb dump and the attached 32Mb cleanME.
