Bios read error help

Dear all

i have the motherbaord da0r62mb6e1.
The light at jack is on, i have 3.3v on bios ic but no clock or data.
So i use rt809f isp programmer with 1.8v adapter to read bios 25q80bs1g but i get error characters.is this ic 1.8v!

If you have 3.3V on bios ic then why would you try programming the chip at 1.8V, that doesn`t make any sense. Read the datasheet
