Two ways to desolder and solder back, use hot air station or soldering iron with chipquick or similar material to desolder/solder. Be careful with hot air, practice a lot and use flux always. Always clean the pads, particularly when chipquick is used, don't forget the chip legs. Add solder as needed, I find retinning pads with lead and tacky flux (RMA-223) works best for me. Practice, practice and when you get tired, practice some more, these are skills that will last a lifetime.

you have at post #9, a user who says that the bios from post #4 is ok... it's the same motherboard... have you read this??? have you tried it?? don't forget to make a copy of the original bios of the laptop..
