Two ways to desolder and solder back, use hot air station or soldering iron with chipquick or similar material to desolder/solder. Be careful with hot air, practice a lot and use flux always. Always clean the pads, particularly when chipquick is used, don't forget the chip legs. Add solder as needed, I find retinning pads with lead and tacky flux (RMA-223) works best for me. Practice, practice and when you get tired, practice some more, these are skills that will last a lifetime.Comment

Hi everyone
I noticed on the Xgpro software the BIOS backup files have extra bytes at the end when reading some chips, this is because the Xgpro software also reads the OTP region of those flash chips, and by default will append that region to the saved file
Programmer models: XGecu TL866II Plus / T48 / T56 / T76
Example: GD25LQ128D (1.8V), IC size is listed as 0x1000000 Bytes (16777216 bytes) + 0xC00 bytes, those extra 0xC00 bytes will be appended to the end of the saved file by default, resulting in a file size of 16780288 bytes

Hello everyone,
I am attempting a repair on a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that is currently stuck at boot with the error: "0275 error CMS" even after setup new bios battery and will not allow me to enter the BIOS/Setup.
This is a critical issue that I believe requires flashing the BIOS chip directly using a programmer (e.g., CH341A/RT809H), as standard software updates or resets are not possible.

I need a motherboard schematic for file for a AORUS 15P XC please. The EXACT motherboard is ga-rx5lxc rev2.0. It currently has a black screen issue and doesn't display to external display but boots into windows and can also display externally when running ubuntu. Guys, I Have a hp elitebook folio 9470m with a dead cpu.
I was going to replace the motherboard and i saw my supplier had an elitebook 9480m motherboard which looked almost 1:1 with mine i was wondering if the new motherboard will be compatible in the old chassis.
Cause, its got a 4th gen Intel Processor while mine had a 3rd gen. -
