    i found that somebody want to add this to programmer

    Name="EN25S64",ID="1C3817",Class="W25X10",Category="SERIAL_EPROM",MFG="Eon Silicon",Vcc="3.6V",CodeSize="8388608",Adapter="ADP-099+ADP-081, ADP-081A",Message="Put ADP-099 voltage jumpper on 1V8 position.";

    does it mean i need to use 1.8V adapter or ?

      Use NeoProgrammer software, it supports the chip . https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...04&postcount=7 .It is 1.8V

      If you have a look at this chart on elnec you can work out what the part number means

      https://www.elnec.com/en/device/cFeo...64+%5BSOP8%5D/

      EN XXX XX X XX X X X

      25S = 1.8V Serial Flash with 4kB uniform-sector FLASH
      64 = 64Mbit (8192kx8)
      100 = 100MHz
      H = SOP8, 200mil
      I = Industrial (-40°C to 85°C)
      P = RoHS compliant
