Use your original BIOS, this Dell System Disable 16-hex code generator code has been released not to long ago, post your code and someone will respond with the corresponding 8-digit password. Supposing the code is still the same, try the password below these lines:
Dell, System Disable: [8AE97D87D91D7497]
IMPORTANT: Type password followed by CTRL-ENTER-ENTER, if that does not work after 2-3 tries, reboot computer, then just try password+ENTER.

My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?
Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?
My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.

I've been trying to reset the bios password on this god-forsaken laptop, and due to it being a 8FC8, i've had little to no success with online password generators like https://bios-pw.org , not to mention how I don't want to burn a hole in my wallet by paying like 80 bucks on a weird sketchy website. Im using a local bios tool, except it requires a BIOS file, and I'm not entirely sure how to retrieve it.
